The February class will focus on the Japanese tradition of Setsubun and students will enjoy making Ehomaki (Lucky Sushi Roll) and popular Japanese healthy snacks while exploring the cultural meaning behind this exciting celebration! 

The March class will focus on Hinamatsuri, or Girl’s Day, and students will learn to make festive dishes like Chirashizushi. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Japanese seasonal holidays, culture, and basic cooking skills at an early age.
