Congratulations to Kay Kawaguchi and Michael Tanimura on receiving 2024 Foreign Minister’s Commendations from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs! Kay and Mike are two of six individuals in the Consulate-General of Japan in Chicago’s jurisdiction to receive a commendation this year. There will be 187 presented to individuals worldwide.
